ALEETH both sells ICA and issues ICA credentials. That is a real conflict, and the answer to it cannot be a slogan. It is these three documents, in public: the method by which a credential is decided, the firewall that keeps a paying relationship from buying a result, and the full disclosure of what could bias a verdict. Where a safeguard is still an internal control rather than an external one, it says so.

The people who sell ICA are separated from the people who decide pass or fail. Fees are fixed in advance and never contingent on the result. A failing result stands regardless of revenue, and a sealed verdict cannot be edited after the fact.

What still needs an outside body.
The firewall above is a policy ALEETH runs on itself today. An arms-length governance board that audits adherence to it, reviews a sample of verdicts, and can overrule a commercially motivated result needs outside members appointed, and is not yet seated. Counsel review of the credential warranty and the errors-and-omissions posture is in progress. These pages name each of these plainly so that no reader mistakes an internal control for an external one, and they are updated as each is completed.
