Conflict and Funding Disclosure
A neutral authority discloses what could bias it. Who owns ALEETH, how it is funded, the commercial relationships that create conflicts, and the commitment to never present a self-issued credential as independent evidence.
A neutral authority discloses what could bias it. This states who owns ALEETH, how it is funded, the commercial relationships that create conflicts, and the honesty commitments that follow. It is written to be read by a party deciding how much independence an ICA credential carries.
1. Who ALEETH is
- ICA is a product of The Schreck Group, Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation doing business as ALEETH. Shane Schreck is the founder and CEO.
- ALEETH Federal, LLC is an independent Iowa company. It is not a subsidiary of The Schreck Group, Inc. and is not a unit of ALEETH. It licenses ICA from The Schreck Group. It is service-disabled-veteran-owned and controlled, and is a certified SDVOSB and VOSB under SBA VetCert, issued 19 September 2026 and valid through 18 September 2029.
- The related-party arrangement between The Schreck Group and ALEETH Federal, including the license and any government-funded money flow, is being structured with counsel. It is disclosed here as a related-party relationship and is not yet finalized.
2. How ALEETH is funded
- ALEETH is founder-funded and at a pre-seed stage, and is raising early capital.
- The current securities exemption is Regulation D Rule 506(b). A broader public posture is a later step and is not the present basis of the raise.
- There is no transaction-based finder compensation paid for introductions to investors.
3. Commercial relationships that create a conflict, and how each is handled
- ALEETH is paid for the assessments and credentials it issues. This is the core conflict. It is handled by the commercial and attestation firewall: fees are fixed in advance, are not contingent on the outcome, and cannot buy a verdict. See the Commercial and Attestation Firewall.
- An assessment client may also invest. Under the current 506(b) structure an assessment fee may be creditable toward a client’s SAFE, in a single entity, booked as either revenue or SAFE principal and never both. An assessment client who invests is no longer a disinterested external party. Every credential held by an investor-client carries that disclosure, and such a credential is never cited as independent external validation of ICA.
- Leadership with an equity interest. Raj is the Co-Founder and President. Any role he holds in a governed customer relationship is disclosed and does not place him in the attestation function for that engagement.
4. Self-issued credentials, disclosed
ALEETH governs some of its own systems and runs ICA on its own agents as a matter of practice. Examples include ALEETH’s own organization credential and the governance of its internal agent fleet.
These are self-issued credentials. ALEETH commits to the following and treats it as binding:
- A credential ALEETH issued to itself is labeled as self-issued wherever it appears.
- ALEETH does not cite a self-issued credential as independent, third-party evidence that ICA is effective or neutral.
- Independent evidence means an external party relying on an ICA receipt or credential. ALEETH reports the state of that external reliance honestly, including that it is early. As of this writing the register carries one live external customer credential (Compass Real Estate of Northwest Iowa,
ICA-2026-0003) alongside ALEETH’s own, and no regulator, examiner, reinsurer, or Big Four auditor has yet formally relied on an ICA receipt. Winning that first external reliance is tracked separately and is not claimed before it is real.
5. Known limitations, disclosed proactively
ALEETH discloses these before a diligence team surfaces them:
- SOC 2 Type II is in progress with Vanta and is not issued.
- ALEETH holds no FedRAMP authorization and no CMMC certification.
- Patents are pending and are stated as a founder assertion, not as granted rights.
- The customer base is early. Credential volume is small and is not represented as scale.
6. What is still gated
An arms-length governance board that would give this disclosure independent teeth is being established and is not yet seated. Counsel review of the related-party structure, the credential warranty, and the errors-and-omissions posture is in progress. These are named here so that no reader mistakes an internal control for an external one. This disclosure is updated as each is completed.
This document can be verified against the live system. Every ICA credential and the receipts under it are checkable at aleeth.com/verify, offline and with no ALEETH dependency.
